Simply Stampin Challenge 46

Hi Ladies
The challenge from Simply Stampin this week is from a sketch:

I wasn't too sure about this sketch at first but as soon as I got going I kept adding elements to my design and produced this:

This is quite different from the kind of thing that I usually do - it is much busier with more elements to it . I added the tags at the last moment and I think that they really make a difference. I have had them for a while but not used them very much.

Materials used
Cardstock: Island Indigo, Pear Pizzazz, Very Vanilla
DSP : Everyday Enchantment
Stamppads: Island Indigo, Licky Limeade
Ribbons: Lucky Limeade , Thin linen thread
Stampsets: Everything Eleanor, Array of Sunshine, Posy Punch
Tools: Scalloped punch, tag dies and brad

I really want to do more challenges because it does make you think and brings me out of my comfort zone which is good . It's just finding time which there isn't a lot of at the moment.

  5. Fab mix of stamp sets there and a gorgeous colour combo! You say this is not your normal style but you've done a fab job, your card is lovely! I agree challenges do take you out of your comfort zone sometimes but isn't it a great feeling when you rise to the challenge and make a winning design?
Many thanks for playing along with us at Simply Stampin' again Margaret and I hope we see you again soon!
